Important: stop using the drive immediately. Do not attempt firmware updates, repair utilities or forced re-initialisation — each of these can permanently overwrite the data a recovery depends on.

The honest answers.
My Intel SSD shows 0GB or is not detected at all. Is it recoverable?
Often, yes. This is usually controller or firmware failure rather than dead NAND, and both are recoverable in our lab. Diagnosis gives you a definitive answer before you commit to anything.
The drive is BitLocker or eDrive encrypted. Can you still recover it?
If the encryption keys are known or recoverable, yes — we reconstruct encrypted volumes as part of the recovery. Tell us at the outset so we can plan for it during diagnosis.
Can you recover Solidigm data centre drives from a RAID or NVMe pool?
Yes. Data centre deployments are frequently arrayed, and we reconstruct the pool from the full set of drives rather than treating each one in isolation. Send all drives from the array together.
What about Optane memory and hybrid H10/H20 drives?
Optane hybrid caching requires tooling built specifically for Intel's architecture — this is a core part of our lab capability, not a generic add-on.
