We work across SATA, M.2 NVMe and PCIe Gen4 drives, including DRAM-less designs where evidence of the fault is easy to misread with generic tools.
Important: stop using the drive immediately. Do not attempt firmware updates, resets or "repair" utilities — on a drive with a compromised controller, this is the single most common cause of data becoming permanently unrecoverable.

My Toshiba or KIOXIA SSD shows 0GB. Is it dead?
Not necessarily — 0GB capacity is usually a sign of controller or firmware failure rather than destroyed NAND. These are recoverable failure classes in our lab. A proper diagnosis will tell you exactly where you stand.
My laptop uses an OEM BG or XG series drive. Can you still recover it?
Yes. OEM-only drives fitted in laptops from Dell, HP, Lenovo and others are a regular part of our workload, even though they are undocumented for public recovery and unsupported by generic software.
Should I try firmware or recovery tools myself first?
No. Firmware updates, resets and generic recovery utilities are the most common cause of a recoverable fault becoming permanent on these drives. Stop using it and get it assessed.
Do you work on enterprise KIOXIA and Toshiba drives too?
Yes — CD5/CD6/CM6 NVMe, RM5/PM6 SAS and HK3R/PX enterprise series are all within scope, including drives pulled from RAID and server arrays.
How much does Toshiba or KIOXIA SSD recovery cost?
