We publish our prices because serious clients value straight answers. These are our standard recovery prices — your exact, fixed quote is confirmed after diagnosis, and agreed before any work begins. All prices exclude VAT.
Straightforward
How our pricing works.
- Diagnosis first. We identify the real fault before quoting — no guesswork, no bait pricing.
- Fixed quote. You approve a firm price before any recovery work starts. The published figures below are the starting point for each category.
- Priced by the job, not the panic. The cost reflects the failure type and capacity — not how urgently you need it (unless you choose a faster turnaround).

Every recovery runs at standard speed as included. Need it sooner? Add a fast-track tier.
All prices below are net (before VAT). We add VAT at 20% on top — shown beneath each price as “inc VAT”, which is the total you actually pay. For example, a £425 net recovery is £510 including VAT. VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it.

Pricing questions.
Is the price fixed, or could it rise later?
The quote you approve after diagnosis is fixed. If, unusually, a case turns out to be more complex than the diagnosis indicated, we come back to you for approval before doing anything — we never add charges after the fact.
What if you cannot recover the data?
You are told the realistic likelihood up front. Our pricing is for successful recovery of your data — we will always be honest about the odds before you commit.
Why is there an encryption surcharge?
Encrypted drives (BitLocker, hardware encryption, etc.) require additional handling and processing to recover, so a £150 surcharge applies on hard drives and £125 on SSDs.
Do you offer faster turnaround?
Yes — standard is 10–21 days and included. Fast Track (2–3 days) adds £150, and Priority (1 day) adds £250. Critical business emergencies can be prioritised via our 24/7 line.
Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
No — all published prices exclude VAT.
