We keep a stock of MacBook Pro and iMac 27″ devices available for hire across Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland, for periods of 1 to 180 days. This is a hire service, not a lease-to-own arrangement.
- Cover during recovery or repair. If your MacBook is in our lab as part of an Apple SSD data recovery case, hiring a replacement means your team is not sat idle while we work.
- Business continuity. Cover for staff laptops out for repair, insurance replacement periods, or unexpected shortfalls.
- Project and legal deployments. Short-term fleets for reviews, secondments, training, events or temporary teams.

MacBook Pro 13″
Mid-range configurations — typically i5 CPU, 8–16GB RAM and 128–512GB SSD, running the latest supported macOS.
MacBook Pro 15″
Higher-spec configurations — typically i7 CPU, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, for heavier workloads.
iMac 27″
Desktop hire for office or studio setups where a fixed workstation is needed rather than a laptop.
Pre-installed software
Office 365, Zoom and other common business tools are installed as standard, with Creative Cloud or a custom company image available on request.

Tell us the device type, specification and hire period you need. We typically respond within two hours during working hours.

Devices are prepared to your requirements — standard software, Creative Cloud, or a pre-installed company image.

Delivery or collection
We ship via UPS to addresses across the UK and Ireland, or you can collect in person from our Belfast office.

Support and return
Technical support is included for the duration of the hire. At the end of the agreed term, the device is returned to us.

How long can I hire a MacBook or iMac for?
Hire periods run from 1 day up to 180 days. Tell us the dates you need when you request a quote and we will confirm availability.
Is this the same as leasing a MacBook?
No. This is a short-term hire service — devices are rented for a fixed period and returned to us at the end of the term, not purchased or leased-to-own.
Can you install specific software before delivery?
Yes. Office 365 and Zoom are installed as standard, and we can add Creative Cloud or deploy your own company image on request — let us know when requesting your quote.
Do you deliver outside Northern Ireland?
Yes. We ship via UPS to addresses across the UK and Ireland, or you are welcome to collect in person from our Belfast office.
