One laboratory. Every device, every failure.

Northern Ireland's dedicated data recovery specialist — one in-house lab in Belfast, trusted across the UK and Ireland. Whatever has failed, talk to us before you try to fix it yourself.

I.

The problem

Lost data is rarely gone for good.

Drives fail, arrays collapse, phones get dropped, files get deleted. Most of the time the data is still there — it just needs the right lab, not the right luck.

  • Hardware failure — clicking, grinding, or a drive that no longer spins up or is not detected
  • Logical failure — corrupted volumes, failed RAID rebuilds, accidental deletion or formatting
  • Physical damage — fire, flood, impact damage to laptops, phones, CCTV/DVR units and external drives
  • Firmware and controller faults — increasingly common on SSDs and modern soldered storage

Every case starts the same way: diagnosis first, an honest recoverability assessment, and a fixed quote confirmed before any recovery work begins — never an open-ended bill. Every device is handled under one chain of custody, in our own laboratory, with nothing outsourced.

This page is the starting point for our full range of recovery and forensic services, summarised on our homepage — pick the device below that matches your case.

Process

What happens next.

  1. 01

    Tell us what happened

Call or submit your case online. An engineer, not a call handler, talks you through what to do — and what to avoid — straight away.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis & fixed quote

Your device is evaluated in the lab. You get an honest recoverability assessment and a fixed price before any recovery work starts.

  3. 03

    Recovery in the lab

All work happens in-house, on verified images wherever possible, under one continuous chain of custody.

  4. 04

    Verified return

Recovered files are checked open and usable, then returned to you on encrypted media.

Questions

What clients ask first.

How do I know if my data is recoverable?

You usually can't tell from the symptoms alone — a drive that won't spin up can be a quick fix or a physical rebuild, and a "corrupted" volume is often intact underneath. Send it to the lab and we will give you a straight, diagnosis-led answer.

What devices and brands do you cover?

Hard drives, SSDs, RAID arrays, servers, NAS and DAS units, Apple Macs, and mobile phones, across every major manufacturer. If your device doesn't fit neatly into a category, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

What will it cost?

It depends on the failure, which is why diagnosis always comes first. You receive a fixed quote before any recovery work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How long does recovery take?

Straightforward logical cases can be turned around in days; physical failures and complex RAID rebuilds take longer. Priority and emergency turnaround is available — ask when you get your quote.

Do you handle cases for solicitors and businesses?

Yes — legal, corporate, insurance and public-sector instructions are a large part of our work. NDAs are signed routinely, and every case is handled under a documented chain of custody in our own laboratory.
